Why move Pricing to Aktionen?

The Finnova production app shows "Pricing übermitteln" and "Pricing öffnen" as full-width buttons in the side panel. These are actions (they trigger a submission or open a dialog), not information.

Benefits:

Side panel stays purely informational — cleaner, more focused
Actions are grouped and discoverable in one place (Aktionen ▾)
Consistent pattern: "if it does something → Aktionen"
Reduces vertical scroll in the side panel
Pricing actions grouped under their own category label
